The Antarctic Treaty has served the world since 1959. It enable peaceful cooperation in spite of possible political conflict.
Future governance of the Antarctic is globally important, care for the living resources, the ice that stabilize global climate.
How can norway as a major player and rights holder in Antarctic and Southern Ocean play a constructive agent.
